Meet the Team

Pat Santoro moved to the United States from Italy when he has 9 years old. He graduated from Lawrence High School in 1975 and State University of New York, Farmingdale in 1977 with an Associate Degree in Electrical Technology. Immediately after graduation, Pat started working in the Telecommunications Industry as a Field Service Technician. His duties included installing & servicing telecommunications cabling, telephone instruments and Private Branch Exchanges (PBX). At the 2nd company he worked for, he started in the Move, Adds & Changes (MAC) department as a technician and went on to become the Division Foreman. During this time, he was also an Instructor at the JATC where he taught DC Theory to 1st year Apprentices. While in the position of Foreman, the company closed its operation on Long Island. Pat saw an opportunity to start a company and Com-Bell Systems was incorporated in 1987. The name Com-Bell was derived from the procedure of common bell wiring 1A2 key telephone equipment. Pat’s interests include playing golf, talking about golf, watching golf, watching basketball, watching football & watching baseball but mostly golf.

Although Com-Bell Systems is signatory to a labor pool, we are proud to have over 10 long term installers who pride themselves on quality installations and customer satisfaction. Our returning customers often request the same installer from previous projects. For larger, longer-term projects, our affiliation with the local labor pool allows us to have the flexibility of obtaining qualified installers within very short notice. All of our installers have successfully completed the OSHA 10 training insuring a safe workplace.

In conjunction with our company vehicles to transport materials, equipment and tools, we have the ability to provide next day product delivery to almost any where in the USA.
